Section titled “What This Page Covers”How to view the activity log for a flow activity record — a detailed, chronological record of every step the customer took as they moved through the review flow.
Accessing Activity Logs
Section titled “Accessing Activity Logs”From any flow activity record detail page, click the Activity Logs tab. You’ll see a timeline of every logged event for that record.
What Gets Logged
Section titled “What Gets Logged”The activity log records system-level events as the customer progresses through the flow. Each log entry includes a timestamp, description, and context about what happened.
Common log events include:

| Record created | The flow activity record was initialized (request sent or link opened) |
| Email/SMS sent | A message was dispatched to the customer |
| Flow started | The customer opened and began the flow |
| Rating submitted | The customer submitted their sentiment rating |
| Feedback submitted | The customer left private feedback or a message |
| Photos uploaded | The customer attached photos to their submission |
| Review site clicked | The customer clicked through to a review platform |
| Flow completed | The customer reached the end of the flow |
| Followup redirected | The customer was sent to a followup destination |
| Reminder sent | An automated reminder message was triggered |
Using Logs for Troubleshooting
Section titled “Using Logs for Troubleshooting”If a customer reports an issue — for example, they say they completed your flow but you don’t see feedback — check the activity log. It will show whether they actually reached that step or stopped earlier.
Combined with the Message History tab, you get a complete picture of both the communication and the customer’s progress through the Flow.
