Smart Link Analytics
Open Smart Link Analytics
Section titled “Open Smart Link Analytics”- Open Smart Links in the portal.
- Select the Smart Link you want to review.
- Select Analytics.
Analytics stays scoped to that Smart Link, including its Base URL, saved configurations, and current or historical destinations.
Choose a Date Range
Section titled “Choose a Date Range”The page opens with the last 30 days selected. Choose another preset or a custom range within the rolling 13-month analytics window.
There is no All Time option. For long-running campaigns, compare consistent periods or export the underlying activity before older visit detail leaves the available window.
Compare Link Traffic
Section titled “Compare Link Traffic”Use the traffic view that matches your question:
- All Link Traffic — Every qualifying visit to the Smart Link.
- Base URL — Visits that used the Base URL without a saved-configuration suffix.
- Configuration Traffic — Visits through one or all saved configurations.
Automated requests and other visits that do not qualify for analytics are excluded, so the totals may not match raw web-server traffic.
Destination Traffic and Outcomes
Section titled “Destination Traffic and Outcomes”The destination section shows where qualifying visits were routed and what happened next. It keeps historical attribution for destinations that are no longer active, which lets you interpret older traffic after changing the link.
Depending on the destination type, results can include:
- Review Flow starts and completions, plus completion rate.
- Custom Form completions.
- Qualified website redirects.
- Simple-page views.
An unfinished Review Record or Form Response remains associated with the destination it originally opened, even if the active rotation later changes.
Saved Configuration Results
Section titled “Saved Configuration Results”Configuration traffic lets you compare reusable placements such as a front-desk card, an employee-specific handout, or a campaign QR code. Disabled and retired configurations remain available for historical reporting.
Review the preferred location, employee, sender, or campaign values alongside the results. Context known to be invalid, unsupported, or impossible for the selected destination is recorded as a partial delivery while the valid parts and public routing continue.
A value that must wait for customer location selection is not treated as ignored at routing time. The visit outcome is not rewritten later when the customer selects a location or changes an employee. Unknown-suffix and configuration-fallback classifications continue to take precedence over partial delivery.
Campaign Attribution
Section titled “Campaign Attribution”When configuration URLs contain campaign details, the analytics page summarizes the leading values for:
- Source
- Medium
- Campaign
- Term
- Content
Use consistent names and capitalization so related visits group together.
When Analytics Is Suppressed
Section titled “When Analytics Is Suppressed”FSRevs may temporarily suppress analytics recording to protect public-link performance. A notice appears when this affects the selected period. Link routing continues, but visits during the suppression window may not appear in analytics.
