Connected Google Performance
Open Connected Performance
Section titled “Open Connected Performance”Open Reports > Google, then Visibility. You need Data access or an including role for a connected Location, and connected performance must be available for your business.
The report has Overview, Reputation, Activity, and Visibility views. Overview can summarize connected results; Visibility provides the detailed connected figures. Older saved Business Profile report links may open its detailed view directly.
Choose the Scope and Dates
Section titled “Choose the Scope and Dates”- Select a Location or All your locations.
- Select a date preset or custom range.
- Use Filters to narrow the Google listing when needed.
- Read the Google date range, retrieval time, and number of connected listings loaded above the results.
Google’s daily figures arrive later than FSRevs activity. A range limited to today may have no connected daily data. Choose a period before today and check the dates shown. Review Flow filters affect FSRevs activity, not Google rating totals or Google’s connected visibility metrics.
Understand the Figures
Section titled “Understand the Figures”Depending on what Google supplies for the listing, the report can show:
| Figure | What to read |
|---|---|
| Search impressions · desktop/mobile | Reported visibility in Google Search, separated by device. |
| Maps impressions · desktop/mobile | Reported visibility in Google Maps, separated by device. |
| Direction requests | Google’s reported requests for directions. |
| Call clicks and Website clicks | Interactions with those actions; a click is not proof of a completed call or sale. |
| Bookings, Food orders, Menu interactions | Additional interactions when Google supplies them for that business. |
Inspect Daily values for dates, values, and listing coverage. Comparisons use the comparison dates displayed by FSRevs. Counts across listings are not a count of unique people across your whole business, and none of these figures attributes a published review to an FSRevs recipient.
Partial Results, Missing Values, and Refresh
Section titled “Partial Results, Missing Values, and Refresh”Read coverage such as “2 of 3 connected listings loaded” before comparing totals. One listing’s failure does not erase successful results from another. Use the offered retry action for a failed listing, Load remaining listings for additional results, or Reload Google figures after a saved view expires.
Missing dates are not filled with zero. A returned zero and an unavailable value mean different things. A partial total should not be compared with a complete period as though coverage were equal.
FSRevs reuses recently retrieved figures for a limited period. Check the retrieval time; repeatedly opening the page does not guarantee a new Google request.
Search Terms
Section titled “Search Terms”Under Search terms that brought them here, open a listing, choose Search month, and select Load search terms. The selector uses completed calendar months. Use Load more terms if the list is incomplete.
Google can return an exact count, a Below … reporting threshold, or no value. A threshold is not an exact count or zero. No returned terms does not prove nobody found the business. Search terms are monthly and should not be treated as daily figures for the report’s custom range.
How This Differs from Other Google Reports
Section titled “How This Differs from Other Google Reports”- Connected performance describes figures supplied by Google’s authenticated listing APIs.
- Reputation describes saved listing review counts and ratings over time.
- FSRevs activity describes tracked requests and handoffs to Google, not confirmed public reviews.
Use Google Performance for saved reputation history, visit sources, and sender contribution. If connected performance is unavailable, those existing FSRevs results may still be available. See Troubleshooting for missing figures.
