Role Hierarchy
Section titled “Role Hierarchy”FSRevs has seven roles, ordered from most to least access:
| Role | Description |
|---|---|
| Admin | Full access, manages billing and system settings |
| Owner | Full access to all features, cannot manage billing |
| Full Access | Full access to assigned locations |
| Proxy Sender | Can send requests on behalf of others |
| Sender | Can send review and form requests |
| Employee | Can view their own assigned activity |
| Data Handler | Can view and export data, no sending |
Permissions
Section titled “Permissions”Each role includes a set of permissions that control access to specific actions:
Common Permissions
Section titled “Common Permissions”- View Dashboard
- Send Review Requests
- Manage Review Flows
- Manage Custom Forms
- Manage Users
- Export Data
- Manage Branding
- View Customers
Location-Scoped Access
Section titled “Location-Scoped Access”Permissions are further restricted by location access. A user with “Send Review Requests” permission can only send requests for locations they’re assigned to.
The Launch button and Quick Actions page automatically reflect this access. Users only see sending actions, locations, flows, forms, and customer tools available to them.
All Locations vs. Specific Locations
Section titled “All Locations vs. Specific Locations”- All Locations: User can access data and perform actions across every location
- Specific Locations: User can only access assigned locations
How Roles Are Assigned
Section titled “How Roles Are Assigned”Roles are assigned when inviting a user or by editing an existing user’s profile. Only users with user management permissions can assign roles.
