Dashboard

The dashboard is your portal’s home page. It provides an at-a-glance view of your locations and recent customer activity.

Use it for a workspace overview. For the funnel, answers, delivery, destinations, and attribution of one Review Flow or Custom Form, open that Flow or Form’s Reports page instead.

Your question Open
What have customers submitted recently? Recent Responses on this dashboard, then Flow Activity or Form Responses
How did one Flow or Form perform? Flow & Form Reports
Who created requests, and what happened afterward? Request Activity
Which completed Review Flow responses relate to an employee? Team Performance
How much traffic did a QR code or Smart Link receive? Smart Link Analytics
How did my Google listing’s rating and review count change? Google Performance
Which written feedback needs follow-up? Manager Feedback Report

Reports answer different questions and use different date meanings. Choose the report first, then confirm its period, location scope, and attribution before comparing totals.

Locations Overview shows a summary of locations you have access to, including:

Information What It Shows
Location name The name and identifier of each location
Status Whether the location is active
Phone The location’s contact number
Timezone The location’s configured timezone
Public page A link to the location’s public testimonial page
Team counts Number of users, managers, and employees at each location

If you have permission to edit a location, you can click through to its settings directly from the dashboard.

Recent Customer Responses shows your most recent completed customer activity in two tabs:

Shows the most recent responses to your review flows:

  • Customer name and contact info
  • Which flow they responded to
  • Sentiment/rating (if collected). If the flow used Customer Recommendation Score, the dashboard shows the score as X of 10.
  • When they responded
  • Quick actions: view the Customer Journey, see media, contact the customer

Shows the most recent submissions to your custom forms:

  • Customer name and contact info
  • Which form they submitted
  • When they submitted
  • Quick actions: view details, see media, contact the customer

Each tab shows its five newest completed responses. The lists are not paginated, exclude incomplete Custom Form submissions, and only include records your role and location access allow you to see.

Use View all review activity or View all form activity above the tabs to open the corresponding cross-Flow or cross-Form activity view. If a tab has no accessible completed responses, it shows No completed responses yet.

From the dashboard, you can:

  • Open the location settings when an edit action is available
  • Use a response’s available actions to inspect its Journey, answers, or media
  • Use contact actions to email or call a customer
  • Navigate to any portal section from the sidebar
  • Dashboard data is filtered by your permissions — different team members may see different locations and data
  • The recent response lists show completed activity only
  • Timestamps use each location’s configured timezone
  • Customer Recommendation Score responses are grouped as At-Risk (0–6), Neutral (7–8), and Advocate (9–10).

A newly sent request is not on the dashboard

Section titled “A newly sent request is not on the dashboard”

Recent Responses shows completed customer activity, not a sending queue. Open Request Activity or the relevant Flow or Form’s Activity page to follow the request before completion.

There may be fewer accessible completed records for that tab. Incomplete responses, inactive locations, and unavailable source records can also affect what appears.

The customer may not have provided that contact method or attachment. Available actions also depend on your permissions.
