Managing Your Links
What This Page Covers
Section titled “What This Page Covers”How to add and manage the links that connect your FSRevs account to review platforms, social media profiles, and other online destinations. These links are used throughout FSRevs — in review flows, on public pages, and in customer communications.
Link Types
Section titled “Link Types”FSRevs organizes your links into three categories:
Review Links
Section titled “Review Links”Links to platforms where customers can leave reviews for your business. These are the links used in review flows to direct customers to leave a review.
| Provider | What You’ll Need |
|---|---|
| Your Google Place ID — FSRevs can find this automatically if you connected your Google Business listing during registration | |
| The URL to your Facebook reviews page | |
| Other | The direct URL to any other review platform (TripAdvisor, BBB, etc.) |
Social Links
Section titled “Social Links”Links to your social media profiles (Facebook page, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.). These can be displayed on public pages and review widgets to drive social engagement.
Custom Links
Section titled “Custom Links”Any other link you want to track or use in FSRevs — your website, a booking page, a loyalty program, or any URL relevant to your business.
Adding a Link
Section titled “Adding a Link”- Navigate to My Links under System Configuration in the portal sidebar
- Click Create
- Choose the link type: Review, Social, or Custom
- Fill in the details:
- Name — A label for this link (e.g., “Google Reviews”, “Instagram”)
- Link Type — How this link will be used
- URL or Provider — The destination URL (or Google Place ID for Google review links)
- Save
Location-Specific Links
Section titled “Location-Specific Links”Links can be global (shared across all locations) or assigned to specific locations. This is useful for businesses with multiple locations that each have their own Google listing or social profiles.
A location-specific My Link is available where that location is active and compatible with the current Flow, Form, Page, or Journey. A global My Link can be used across locations when your access and the current destination allow it.
Using My Links in Customer Journeys
Section titled “Using My Links in Customer Journeys”A My Link can be selected as:
- A Review Flow Completion destination
- A Custom Form After Submission destination
- A Rich Editor Customer destination
- A Simple Page Link List item
When the customer opens a My Link from an existing Journey, the observed timeline records a My Link exit. Opening the same link independently remains ordinary link analytics and does not create a Journey by itself.
Use Connections from the My Link view page to see where it is configured as a possible destination.
