Managing Locations
What This Helps You Do
Section titled “What This Helps You Do”Add new locations to your account, update location details, and manage which location is your primary.
Before You Start
Section titled “Before You Start”You need Owner access to manage locations. Location management is found under Global Settings > Locations in the portal sidebar.
How to Add a New Branch
Section titled “How to Add a New Branch”- Go to Locations in Global Settings
- Click New Location
- Fill in the location details:

- Save the location
After creating a location, you may want to:
- Set up location-specific branding
- Add review sites for this location
- Create flows scoped to this location
- Assign team members to this location
Editing a Location
Section titled “Editing a Location”- Go to Locations in Global Settings
- Click on the location you want to edit
- Update any fields and save
Changing the Primary Location
Section titled “Changing the Primary Location”- In the locations list, find the location you want to make primary
- Toggle the Primary indicator
- Confirm the change
Deleting a Location
Section titled “Deleting a Location”Only an Account Owner can delete a location.
Deleted locations are soft-deleted — they’re hidden from your day-to-day view while keeping the data safe. The location can be restored if needed.
If you need a location and its data completely purged from the system, contact an FSRevs team member to finalize that request.
Location Settings Reference
Section titled “Location Settings Reference”| Setting | What It Controls |

| Name | Displayed in the portal and on customer-facing pages |
| Phone | Location contact number; displayed on public pages |
| Address | Full address used for location identification and public pages |
| Timezone | Notification timing, report dates, displayed timestamps |
| Location Identifier | Short label used for easy identification (e.g., “Downtown”) |
| Primary | Whether this is the account’s primary location |
Location-Linked Features
Section titled “Location-Linked Features”From any location’s detail page, you can also access:
- Branding — Set location-specific logo and colors
- Public Page Settings — Configure how testimonials display for this location
- Audit History — View changes made to this location’s settings
Common Mistakes
Section titled “Common Mistakes”- Wrong timezone — Double-check timezone after creation; it affects notifications and report dates
- Unclear location identifier — Choose something your team will recognize at a glance (like “Main Street Bakery” or “Warehouse 4”)
- Not assigning team members — Users without location-level roles won’t be able to access data for new locations
