Formatting Content
Section titled “Formatting Content”Depending on the field, the toolbar can include:
- Bold, italic, underline, and strikethrough
- Heading 2 and Heading 3
- Start, center, end, and justified alignment
- Bulleted and numbered lists
- Blockquotes
- Code blocks
- Links
- Full-width and centered image blocks
Select existing text before applying inline formatting. Place the cursor on an empty line before inserting a heading, list, quote, code block, or image block.
Adding Links
Section titled “Adding Links”- Select the text customers should click.
- Choose Link in the toolbar.
- Choose Customer destination or Web address.
- Configure the destination.
- Optionally enable Open in a new tab.
- Save, preview, and test the content.
Use descriptive link text such as “Complete the feedback form” instead of “Click here.” It gives customers better context and is more accessible.
Customer Destinations
Section titled “Customer Destinations”A Customer destination is a managed FSRevs connection. It can continue an existing Customer Journey and remains connected to the selected resource even when its public URL changes.
Available destination types are:
- Review Flow
- Custom Form
- Simple Page
- Smart Link
- My Link
The picker only includes enabled and available resources that you are allowed to use for the current location. FSRevs validates the selection again when you save.
Use a Customer destination when the click should be a deliberate part of the customer experience. Use Web address for an ordinary external website or a link that should not continue the Journey.
Smart Link Options
Section titled “Smart Link Options”When the Customer destination is a Smart Link, choose its behavior:
- Base link — Use the Smart Link’s normal destination and context rules.
- Saved configuration — Use one active saved configuration.
- Custom context — Optionally start with a saved configuration and provide specific context for this connection.
Custom Context can include:
- Location
- Employee
- Sender
An explicit value can intentionally replace inherited Journey context where the selected destination supports it. Leave a value empty when the next experience should use its normal routing and context rules.
Pasting a Smart Link
Section titled “Pasting a Smart Link”You can paste a Smart Link directly into the editor. It remains an ordinary web link at first, and FSRevs displays Smart Link detected.
To convert it into a stable, Journey-aware connection:
- Select the linked text.
- Choose Link.
- Choose Customer destination.
- Select Smart Link and the detected destination.
- Choose Base link, Saved configuration, or Custom context.
- Save and test the content.
FSRevs does not silently reinterpret pasted or existing web links. This keeps ordinary hyperlinks ordinary unless you deliberately convert them.
Adding Images
Section titled “Adding Images”- Place the cursor where the image should appear.
- Choose Blocks.
- Select Full Width Image or Centered Image.
- Upload the image and configure its presentation.
Rich Editor image blocks accept:
- JPEG, PNG, or WebP
- Up to 5 MB per image
- Optional alt text
- Optional caption
A Centered Image can use a small, medium, or large maximum width. Both image styles support these click actions:
- None
- View Full Image
- Open Link
Open Link accepts a normal web address. To continue a Journey through a managed customer destination, use linked text or a Simple Page Link List.
Accessibility and Testing
Section titled “Accessibility and Testing”- Use headings in a logical order instead of choosing them only for size.
- Make link text meaningful when read on its own.
- Add alt text to informative images.
- Preview the complete page, Flow, or Form after editing.
- Test every Customer destination using realistic location access.
- Test every branch when a page offers customers more than one next step.
- Confirm whether links should open in the same tab or a new tab.
