Section titled “What This Page Covers”How to create and manage Simple Pages — branded, block-based web pages you can publish to the internet and use as followup destinations in Review Flows, Custom Forms, and Customer Journeys.
What Are Simple Pages?
Section titled “What Are Simple Pages?”Simple pages are quick, easy-to-build web pages where you can publish content using your FSRevs branding. They’re commonly used as followup destinations after a flow or form, but they can also stand alone as shareable pages for any purpose.
Each simple page is branded to your business and can be assigned to a specific location. You can also generate smart links that point directly to your simple pages.
How Simple Pages Differ from Public Pages

Block Types
Section titled “Block Types”Simple pages use a block-based editor. Add as many blocks as you need, in any order.
Rich Text
Section titled “Rich Text”A Content Block uses the Rich Editor for customer-facing text, managed destinations, and images. Depending on the field, you can use:
- Headings, bold, italic, underline, and strikethrough
- Bulleted and numbered lists
- Alignment, blockquotes, and code blocks
- Web links and Customer destinations
- Full-width and centered images
Use rich text blocks for welcome messages, instructions, thank-you content, promotional copy, or any freeform content.
Link List
Section titled “Link List”Display a list of managed customer-destination buttons. Each item can open a:
- Review Flow
- Custom Form
- Simple Page
- Smart Link
- My Link
For a Smart Link, choose its Base link, an active Saved configuration, or Custom context. You can also override the button title and description without renaming the destination.
Link Lists are useful when customers should choose their own next step. For example, a thank-you page could offer a feedback Form, a referral Page, and a My Link as separate branches of the same Customer Journey.
Video Embed
Section titled “Video Embed”Embed a YouTube or Vimeo video directly into your page. Just paste the video URL and the player appears inline.
Use video embeds for welcome videos, how-to guides, testimonial videos, or promotional content.
Click-to-Copy
Section titled “Click-to-Copy”Display a block of text with a one-click copy button. When customers click it, the content is copied to their clipboard.
Great for:
- Promo codes and discount codes
- Referral codes
- Instructions or addresses
- Any text you want customers to easily copy and paste
Creating a Simple Page
Section titled “Creating a Simple Page”- Navigate to Content Management > Simple Pages in the portal sidebar
- Click Create Page
- Add a title and choose a location (optional)
- Add content blocks in the order you want them to appear
- Save the page
Using Simple Pages as Followups
Section titled “Using Simple Pages as Followups”Simple pages are one of the followup destination types you can select when configuring a review flow or custom form. When the customer completes the flow or form, they’re redirected to your simple page.
This is the most common use case — for example:
- A branded thank-you page after a review flow
- A page with additional links or next steps after a form submission
- A promotional page with a promo code after completing a survey

Sharing Simple Pages
Section titled “Sharing Simple Pages”Every simple page has a URL you can share. You can also create smart links that point to your simple pages, making them easy to include in QR codes, NFC experiences, or printed materials.
